At Casamounts, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since we operate as a dropshipping store, our return policy is based on the policies of our suppliers. We encourage you to read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only if approved by our supplier.
  • You must request a return within 1 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Certain products (e.g., personalized, hygiene-related items) may not be eligible for returns.

2. How to Request a Return

Contact Us First – Do not send items back without approval. Email us with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos (if applicable)

Supplier Approval – We will check with the supplier and notify you of the next steps.

Return Instructions – If approved, we’ll provide the return address and guidelines.

Return Shipping Cost – Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Used, worn, or damaged items (unless received in such condition)

4. Refunds & Processing Time

  • Once the return is received and verified by the supplier, a refund will be processed.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after approval.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos.
  • We will work with the supplier to arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders can only be canceled or changed within 1 hours of placement.
  • Once processed, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
